Have a question?
The CAPS team is happy to answer questions, help you address concerns, or talk about how we can help you reach your supply management goals. Before reaching out, please check the commonly-asked questions below.
“CAPS” stands for “Center for Advanced Procurement Strategy.”
Check our member page to see if your company is currently a member, though certain members have chosen not to be listed. For full access, create an account using your business email. If your company is a member, you will be granted full membership privileges when your account is created.
CAPS reserves or “locks” benchmarking reports, research studies, and event presentations published in the last 7 years for member companies only. Benchmarking and research reports published before then are available to everyone (please note: event presentations are locked exclusively for members). Learn more about CAPS membership benefits.
Full access is provided to CAPS member companies only. Everyone else, including ISM members, can access benchmarking and research reports published more than 7 years ago - more than 30 years of supply management wisdom for free. CAPS and ISM will offer a discount for bundled corporate memberships – contact us for more information.
Create your account and please be sure to use your business email, not a personal one, for your log-in validation.
It depends. Members can share protected content with employees at their companies; non-members can login and access unlocked content in the CAPS Library (but no sharing); and, if you'd like to cite us in reports, presentations, etc., we ask that it be attributed and limited to <5% of the report. For more in-depth info, please read the CAPS Use Policy.
Check our membership page for information.

No, not at this time. Please contact us if you’re trying to decide if CAPS membership is right for your organization.
We recommend filtering our messages out of auxiliary boxes, adding us to your Safe Senders list, or whitelisting CAPS domains. We've summed up some Safe Senders List information - please review it and let us know if you still have issues.
