Job offers & early-career SM pros
Supply management leaders are often challenged in recruiting, training, and retaining the right early-career professionals. While it may not come as a surprise that new talent is attracted by pay, culture, and opportunity, it is interesting to note that when accepting a job offer, culture (48% of companies) comes in before health benefits (25%), while rotational programs and interest in your company’s industry and products fall toward the bottom of the list (12% and 18% respectively).
