The current release showcases use cases like cybersecurity and supply chain stress testing. Comparative analysis with two previous surveys provides insights into the progression of Generative AI use over the past year.
Among the findings, the use case with the highest effectiveness score is “Translate, standardize, or improve language (e.g., policy, terms and conditions, etc),” followed closely by “Evaluate supplier capabilities,” and “Identify supplier, continuity risks.”
